General Return Conditions
1.1. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and retains its original condition and packaging.
1.2. Cosmetic products of proper quality are eligible for return only if the original factory packaging is intact, in accordance with Russian legislation (Consumer Rights Protection Law, Article 25, and Government Decree No. 2463, which regulates the return of cosmetics).
1.3. In case of defects or discrepancies with the stated product specifications, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
1.4. MYRRHA.SPACE reserves the right to review individual cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Return of Products in Opened Packaging
2.1. Unopened Product:
2.1.1. If the outer box has been opened but the jar or bottle remains unused, with protective seals or caps intact, a return is possible within 14 days.
2.1.2. The product must retain its original appearance and packaging.
2.2. Partially Used Product:
2.2.1. Returns are possible only in cases of manufacturing defects (e.g., unusual odor, damage during delivery).
2.2.2. The customer must report the issue within 7 days of receipt.
2.2.3. Photographs of the product and a description of the issue are required for return consideration (the return form is provided below).
2.3. Eco-Friendly Packaging:
2.3.1. Damage to biodegradable packaging does not prevent a return if the product remains unused.
3. Returns Due to Defects or Errors
3.1. Defective Products:
3.1.1. If a defect is identified (e.g., a leaking scrub), the product will be replaced or fully refunded at MYRRHA.SPACE’s expense.
3.1.2. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
3.2. Order Errors:
3.2.1. If an incorrect product is delivered (e.g., a different item instead of a hemp scrub), a replacement will be provided free of charge.
3.2.2. The customer must report the error within 7 days of receipt.
4. Return Process
4.1. Complete the electronic return form (available below).
4.2. Provide the following details:
4.2.1. Order number.
4.2.2. Reason for the return.
4.2.3. Photographs of the product (required for defective or opened items).
4.3. Pack the product in its original or secure packaging and send it to the address provided by our support team.
4.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product:
4.4.1. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
4.4.2. Replacements will be shipped within 5 business days.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are issued using the original payment method (e.g., bank card, electronic wallet).
5.2. Delivery costs are non-refundable for returns of products of proper quality.
5.3. For defective products or order errors, MYRRHA.SPACE covers all costs, including delivery.
6. Special Cases
6.1. Allergic Reactions:
We understand that natural cosmetics are built on trust. Allergic reactions are extremely rare due to our pure formulations, but if one occurs, please contact us. We will review your case individually to find the best solution, such as replacing the product or providing usage recommendations.

6.1.2. Options include product replacement or guidance on usage.
